Chrome spoke Borranis, P W, alternator. New interior by Luppi. Unusual woodrim steering wheel with slotted polished spokes. Dirty wheel spokes and hubs, good paint and interior. Serious broke fluid leak has peeled much of the paint off the left side of the engine compartment. Service parts numbers scrawled on left header and front shocks. Disappointing underhood: dusty and used although engine has been out and is better. Interior lightly soiled, touched up deep chip right behind drivers door handle. Flush panels, even gaps. Ferrari Classiche certified.
Market commentary
Dragged from the Euros 425,000 reserve in 5 and 10k increments, the enthusiasm of the moment got to the bidders, unless there were two cams under the hood that I overlooked. Even for a 4 cam in this condition the price is fully adequate, and is in fact exactly the same price as was paid for the tired but more original 275 GTB 4 sold earlier today.
