Equipment
289cid/271hp, 4-speed, wire wheels, wind wings, woodrim steering wheel, Stewart Warner gauges.
Condition
#3 Good
Runs and drives well. Flaws not noticeable to passersby. Most common condition.
Reported to be the original engine and transmission. Retained by Shelby until 1964 as a demonstrator car, shown at Pebble Beach in 2010 in the preservation class. The original paint still retains a good shine. There are notable cracks in the paint in the driver's side fender. The engine compartment is aged and has some grime. The interior is heavily worn with fading, cracks and rips to the seats. A preservation car that shows surprisingly well.
