Equipment

RHD. One off Lotus factory built to update the Seven concept. Successful in British Clubmans racing. 1600cc engine, Elan type rear suspension, cycle fenders, flimsy rollbar, aero screens. Restored 6 years ago, unused since and in need of re commissioning.

Market commentary

This is Eleven money and four (4!) times the price of the most valuable early Sevens. At 2.5 times high estimate it also surprised Coys and the consignor, but happily. Go figure.
