Notes and observations recorded by Hagerty staff.

Equipment

Fender mirror, wooden interior knobs. Turin Salon show car, first of the series and sold off the stand to Marcello Mastroianni. Marcello for some reason preferred Brown so Zagato repainted it but its now been restored to like new condition in its origil color. Excellent cosmetics; a standout. Silvano Cima Collection.

Market commentary

Appropriately cataloged with this phrase: Both the car and its famous first owner were perfect examples of Italian style at its most elegant. It is expensive at this price but its combition of Turin Salon history, first of its type, star first owner and quality restoration make it just about the most desirable Flaminia SuperSport in the world and if this is what it took to own it, so be it.
