1 of 12 factory lightweight XKEs, 1st in class at 63 Sebring, then sold to Howard Gidovlenko, war hero, X2 pilot and unlimited Hydro racer, who never finished preparing it for Daytona 64. As stored in 63, runs, with spares still in crates. No Reserve.

Market commentary

A wonderful old discovery, still crusty with 35 years of garage dust. Probably overpaid by a small six figure amount, but the contest on the block may have been worth it; going back to England.
