Market commentary
Sold by RM at the Wayne Davis collection auction in 2008 for $275,000, GBP 137,700 at the time making the US$ result here misleading. It brought GBP 130,000 hammer, 145,600 with commission on site, a modest but nevertheless appropriate result in sale to sale direct comparison.
