Maine Classic Car Museum Collection. Good lightly scuffed paint applied assembled in the wheelwells. Good chrome and upholstery. Clear gauges and restored dashboard. Good engine compartment with some age and storage dust. Even gaps, slightly proud deck lid. A decent driver.
Market commentary
190SLs are showing surprising strength recently despite being modestly-powered, sedan chassis boulevardiers. Sold by RM at Monterey in 2018 for $179,200 the consignor Maine Classic Car Museum should be delighted with this price for a tired, erratically presented 190SL that has done nothing but get older in the past six years.
