Early flat floor, welded louver E type. Chrome wires. Cylinder head number matches the block. An older restoration to like new condition, polished underhood. Good cosmetics and showing some use since restoration but overall a very presentable early E type and a nice driver.
Market commentary
The early XKEs, despite their back rending seats and skimpy footwells, are prized by Jag collectors. This sound example is a good value at this price and will always have a ready market. Drive it carefully for the summer, get a good detailing and take it to Scottsdale. It should break even.
