Vehicle details

Notes and observations recorded by Hagerty staff.

Equipment

Dull and rusty chrome spoke Borranis. No engine (had been 2733 SWB engine). Sound body without evidence of filler or rust bubbles, thin chrome, decent original paint. A sound and highly original project car thats more neglected than deteriorated. Richard Freshman collection. No Reserve.

Market commentary

Hammered sold at $12K, the buyer reneged saying he didnt know there was no engine for it (!). Closed post block at this price, which is fair for a highly original and apparently sound GTE, even without an engine.
