Equipment

215 300hp BOP V8, Weber carbs, Colotti T37 4 speed, disc brakes. Nicely restored by Ali Lugo and presented in nearly show quality condition. Scarabs last attempt to catch up, unsuccessfully. The one and only Rear engine Scarab.

Market commentary

A hard car to value, with only one serious race appearance in a Formula Libre event at Sandown Park in Australia where Chuck Daigh finished 4th. Still, it is an important and significant automobile reputed to be a predictable driver.
