Equipment

RHD. Chrome wire wheels, no radio. Sits high. Good older restoration by XK Engineering completed in 1991 and now with 2,862 miles on it. Still in very good and highly presentable condition.

Market commentary

Flat floor series 1 E types are highly prized by Jaguar enthusiasts. This professionally restored and lightly used example could have brought $5 10,000 more without being out of line and should have been particularly attractive with RHD in this UK sale. Locally, it is a good value.
