Equipment
Chrome spoke Borrani wire wheels. Odd 250GTF2381 chassis number on ID plate. Engine internal number 344E. An ugly, scary car. Poor repaint over old paint, ugly chassis slathered with goop that looks like roof shingle seam sealer, hood not flush, chipped edges. Sound but aged interior. One step up from a car found in a coop under a layer of chicken droppings.
Market commentary
The best thing that can be said about this 250 GT Cab is that it might make an enjoyable driver after a thorough mechanical checkout, a car that could be enjoyed without concern about minor road rash and stone chips because none of it would detract from its already scrofulous appearance. There is no way to tell what lurks under the asphaltic coating on the chassis and wheel wells. It is unlikely to be a pleasant surprise when it starts to separate from whatever is hidden underneath. The seller should be very happy to receive this much for it; the buyer may not be so pleased after getting it home.
