Chipped original interior window sill paint. The top of the engine compartment has had some attention, but not the bottom. A cosmetic redo to usable driver condition.
Market commentary
The superficial cosmetic work on this bottom-of-the-line Buick Special convertible gave it the bling it needed to impress the St. John's bidders. At this price, it's expensive.
