Equipment

Front engine, 1 1 2 liter FPF power with dual Webers, fully independent suspension. The 3rd of 5 1959 Lotus 16s built, raced by Alan Stacey. Later sold to Bob King and then David Boorer who raced it with success in VSCC events. Raced by John Dawson Damer in Australia from 1971 1983, then restored and completed in 1997. Sharp and professional but not fresh presentation, doesnt appear to ahve been used in some time and will need attention before being raced again.

Market commentary

This is a very rare car with excellent historic racing history and potential. It brought a reasonable price and will bring its new owner full value in racing experiences as well as pride of ownership.
