Equipment
Automatic, Town & Country radio, heater, wire wheel covers, chrome skirts and war fender shields, P S, rrow whitewalls. Cracking filler in left sill. Rusty 3 4 chip on roof. Mediocre old repaint, possibly origil upholstery. Orderly but dusty, oily and generously black bombed underhood. A nothing car, but it did run onto the block and do its roofs magic act.
Market commentary
The concensus of the experts including at least one who owns more than one Skyliner standing around the table where it was when this car crossed the block was that it should bring $35,000, supporting the judgement of the paddle waving bidders ... and the auctioneers persistence in getting it from the high Twenties to this hammer bid.
