Vehicle details

Notes and observations recorded by Hagerty staff.

Equipment

Chrome spoke Borrani wire wheels, open headlights, driving lights in grille. First owned by Jo Siffert and had a hardtop no longer with the car. Now with its original engine and has a hand brace on the driveshaft tunnel which Dick Merritt (owner in the 70s) believes was installed as a mount for a rally timer. Never restored, good old repaint now polisher swirled, good original interior, chassis untouched. Engine rebuilt by Phil Reilly in 1994.

Market commentary

Fairly bought and sold. Yoshiho Matsuda
