Equipment

Condition
#3 Good
Runs and drives well. Flaws not noticeable to passersby. Most common condition.
Grubby engine bay. Dull, possibly original chrome. Lightly scratched brightwork. Light particles in the older paint. Good partially restored interior. It's unusual to see a Ford of this period that isn't a T-Bird or a Sun/Skyliner, but otherwise this hardtop Fairlane is nothing special.
Market commentary
The quad headlights and oval taillights of '58 Fords find few enthusiasts: a '57 is cleaner, a '59 is more sleek even if it's goobered up with chrome gew gaws. A mediocre '58 by any standard, this is a generous price.
