Equipment

312 300hp Paxton supercharged, overdrive 3 speed, heater, hubcaps, 7.50x14 Firestone Deluxe Champion blackwalls. Restored like new by Wayne Davis except for paint cracks on the B pillars. Plain piperacks never looked better. No Reserve.

Market commentary

A plain Jane sleeper car thats all about performance. Bought at half or less the price of a similarly meticulously restored F Bird, this car is much more exclusive, rare and cool. It had potential bidders drooling over it in the preview and they kept after it in the auction. While this isnt F Bird money, its arguably more than an F Bird in rarity and is a trophy car for an insightful collector. The sixth car sold to bidder 6091 today.
