At a time when most modestly priced sports cars are used as Sunny Sunday Drivers, a Jolly is just as practical as a Corvette, TR4 or Giulia Spider. $15,000 is a lot of money for a 22hp glorified golf cart, but theyre selling carts for over Ten Large!
