Equipment

Becker radio, Solex carbs. Poor repaint but good interior and chrome. Mostly original, clean and responsibly presented. Whether as a driver or the basis for a restoration this appears to be a sound and enjoyable 190SL. The odometer shows 97,692 believable miles.

Market commentary

This 190SL could have been sold without regret for the amount bid, even considering its originality and overall good condition. 190SLs are popular drivers and owners frequently lavish money on meticulous restorations to earn the plaudits of their colleagues in 190SL ness. This car would be the good basis for such a project, but any more than this bid will submerge even 190SL passion.
