Equipment
Chrome Borranis. Claimed one of two double bubble Zagato bodies on the A6G 2000 chassis but modified in 1959 into its present nose and Kamm tail configuration; the original was ugly. Largely original with decent repaint and good usable original interior; definitely presentable.
Market commentary
Whatever the double bubble roof confers the modified nose and cutoff tail takes away with the result that the price achieved is representative for a Zagato A6G 2000. Still, it is a highly prized piece of Maserati and Zagato history; some further research and documentation of racing history should add to its value. Restoring the original nose is likely to sale proof the car.
