Equipment

Driving lights, badge bar, chrome wire wheels, headlight guards, chrome luggage rack, wind wings. Poor repaint, orange peel all over. Frame painted over old undercoat, poor windshield frame chrome, radiator frame repaired. An auction restoration, and not a very good one at that. Late Friday. No Reserve.

Market commentary

MGs seem to have taken over the position occupied by Austin Healeys at B J last year, i.e., way overpriced. This isnt even a good TF 1500 but it was the only TF 1500 at B J and it brought a full $10K premium over market. It was only $3,780 more than the TD ... and the TD wasnt this good.
