Vehicle details

Notes and observations recorded by Hagerty staff.

Equipment

4 speed, Becker Nnrburg radio, clock. Restored to like new condition by Keinle in Germany in the mid 90s and still in excellent shape other than a drivers door latch mechanism that got discombobulated by the press of the crowds at the viewing. Excellent paint, interior and chrome and attractive, if common, paint interior combition.

Market commentary

Reported sold at Barrett Jacksons West Palm Beach auction a year ago for $190,080, the seller would have about broken even after commissions had it sold at this bid. The 300S Cab A market hasnt paralleled that of Hemi Cudas although the seller might find a pot of Euros that adds up to more dollars waiting for this car on the other side of the Atlantic. Here, at least, the bid was reasoble.
