RHD. 56 Ecurie Ecosse Le Mans winner driven by Sanderson and Flockhart. Complete and origil with minor modifications for touring. Refurbished in 1972 but essentially as raced at Le Mans with only 2 owners from new. Roadworthy and very presentable.

Market commentary

The centerpiece in Jaguars 55 57 Le Mans hat trick, and arguably the best, most origil and most significant Jaguar in private hands. The hammer bid was 20% above Christies high estimate, but the chance to buy a D type like this wont come again soon.
