272 162hp, automatic, P S, radio, skirts, windshield visor, clock, wheel covers, dual remote spotlights. Good repaint, new interior, fair chrome. Market commentary
Offered at the Owls Head auction in August 2003 where it was a no sale at a reported bid of $27,500. The price here is simply astronomical. Virtually the same money would have bought the Cougar XR7 428 CJ Convertible, 49 Ford convertible or 86,000 mile 60 Buick Electra 225 convertible. Wagons are hip, but not with tape striped joints on shelf paper paneling.
