Concept roadster designed by Vince Gardner and built with Fords help after winning Motor Trend 1950 design competition. Based on Anglia chassis with V8 60 engine and 39 Zephyr gearbox. Superbly restored by Fran Roxas and impossible to fault.

Market commentary

Rarely do privately built concept cars receive this kind of attention. Gardner worked with Gordon Buehrig on the Cord 810 and the effect is seen in the fenders and concealed headlights. Roxas restoration is ample credit to the design.
