Equipment

RHD. One of 47 built and only two known to exist. Wooden sides, roof rack. Meticulously restored in about 1990 to concours winning condition and thoughtfully detailed right down to two pairs of period wooden skis and poles. To say it is unusual is an understatement. Silvano Cima Collection.

Market commentary

But it looks like a Buick. That probably wasnt a bad thing in Italy in 1952 and it attracts as much attention today as it did then, if not more. Blew the top off Bonhams estimate and is, by any standard, an extremely expensive Lancia.
