Market commentary
Sold in 2012 at Gooding's Scottsdale sale for $154K. An amazing timepiece, but the problem with a low-mile car is what each additional mile will cost in depreciation. This really belongs in a museum. Somebody bought a piece of artwork for about $40K more than a #1 car. Defense of the argument that classic cars can be art, but not necessarily transportation.
