Market commentary
Even if the origil paint was falling off in sheets it should have been left on the car to be consistent with its story and otherwise origil presentation. The Le Mans history is great stuff but honestly not enough to make this J2X worth much if any more than the reported high bid The Le Mans history is great stuff but honestly not enough to make this J2X worth much if any more than the reported high bid particularly when it is put beside the value of the other J2X factory 1953 Le Mans entry (driven by Zora Arkus Duntov) which sold on Saturday at RMs auction downtown for $341,000.
