Equipment

RHD. Silver painted wire wheels. Started off as a Berlina, then a Vignale cabriolet. Liege Rome Liege history. Rebodied in 1991 by Cognolato, creating a body it never wore before and not looking very Vignale. Repro data plate in German. Excellent cosmetics but oily engine, a usable driver but far from a showcar.

Market commentary

Crossed the block at RM Monterey last August where it no saled at $305,000. If there was money anywhere close to the bid reported here it should have been grabbed with enthusiasm. This poor car is going to keep crossing the block, building up frequent transporter miles and consignment fees, until the seller realizes its time to take a reasonable offer and get on with life.
