Market commentary
Gooding sold this Allard 10 years ago for an expensive $330,000. Then it was a $280K no-sale at Quail Lodge in 2016 and sold again the following year, still fitted with the 289, for $275,000 in Amelia Island. It has aged since then, but not by much, and the reported high bid was light. The car's page on the Gooding website is asking $280K, and that feels about right.
