Equipment

Steel wheels, Marchal lights. Impeccably restored in the US in the late 80s, then again in Europe. Little used since and last mechanically checked two years ago. Still, a beautiful early Maserati with sparkling cosmetics.

Market commentary

Reported unsold at Christies in London 10 29 87 with a low estimate of $66,000. Bought at anything close to that, and even with further restoration expenses, neither buyer nor seller should be disappointed with this result.
