Market commentary
Sold by RM in Arizona in 2009 for $198,000, then by Gooding at Pebble Beach in 2014 for $539,000 and passed at Gooding PB last year on a reported $560,000 high bid. There's a saying about "Lipstick on a pig" that has relevance here where the repaint made it less appealing to bidders.
