Market commentary

One of the sensations of the sale, when it came onto the block the entire phone bidders' section jumped to their feet and began actively taking calls. During the preview one onlooker was overheard asserting, 'I'm going to own it,' and it was that kind of fevered bidding. Quick, find another one and fix it up before the fever subsides, there is a $145,000 underbidder out there somewhere.
