Notes and observations recorded by Hagerty staff.

Equipment

Radio, heater. Needs everything but is an exceptionally sound, dry barn find with all four doors that close with a gentle push, solid original floors (some rust through in trunk floor). Deal, dull old repaint and an interior upholstered in faded lawn furniture material. Radio works. Starts right up and all original underhood. A dream find, but the owner thinks its worth $40,000.

Market commentary

If Beverlys really were worth $125K (like one brought in Scottsdale in January) $40K might be justifiable for this car, but theyre not and this bid, for a car that literally needs everything, is more than reasonable.
