Good older paint with some chips around the hood. Uneven gaps. Good restored frame. The body is a little wobbly. Light road wear underneath. Tons of eyeball in these colors, plus you hardly see GMC trucks of this period.

Market commentary

This result contains a GMC-premium of a quarter just for its rarity but if the buyer is a modern GMC dealer it is more than worth it for the promotional value. It's 50% more than the '40 Chevrolet KB sold on Thursday, however, a generous GMC-premium.
