Equipment

Tired, driven and neglected older restoration. Visible filler in sills and door bottoms. Doors fit well. Needs attention. Cord built some 3,000 cars in the 810 812 series and enough survived to make them unusual but not rare.

Market commentary

This Cords too tired to be driven much and needs too much work to make economic sense. Bought for under $20K thered be room to fix it up and enjoy it without writing the work off to fun factor.
