Equipment

Dual enclosed sidemounts, Pilot Rays. Originally bodied as a 4 window Berline, this body was on another Duesenberg chassis. Exceptional body details and interior accoutrements. Good older restoration showing some age but without significant fault.

Market commentary

So if open Duesenbergs are just over half a million, its not unreasonable to think a formal bodied Duesenberg (even one as sumptuously appointed as this) would be just under half a million. It would not be a surprise to see this car change hands at the amount reported bid.
