Rear mounted spare, opening windshield. Good older paint, interior and chrome but dirt in body accent paint and uneven masking around the wheelwells. No horn button or radiator star. Restored in like new condition in the mid 90s and apparently little used since although showing age and neglect.
Market commentary
This was Mercedes Benzs equivalent of an Oldsmobile or Pontiac: a drably styled and underpowered offering of mediocre quality for middle management in the Third Reich. A no sale at Bonhams Brookline auction in May at a high bid of only $14,000, the estimate stayed the same here in Hershey.
