Condition
A sound but old restoration done for Bill Lassiter in the late 1980s. Paint is getting dull, interior has minor creases, chrome is good. No longer show ready but a stylish and handsome car for tours.
Market commentary
Sold for $206,000 by Christie's at its sale of Bill Lassiter's collection in March 1999. Some careful, professional, attention to restoring the paint job's luster would go a long way toward upgrading this Chrysler's appearance but it is still one of the most handsome designs of the Classic era, appeal which comes across no matter how much patina it has. It is a good value at the price paid here.
