Very early matching numbers SS1, one of only eight known to exist, sliding sunroof, wire wheels, JDHT Certificate.

Condition

Full classic with provenance which traces it to Australia in 1938, converted to roadster (!) then back to the US in the 1970s. Restored in 1997 by marque expert Dave Davenport in the UK, multiple concours winner since then.

Market commentary

Complex restoration with fabric body and trunk and top. Extreme example of long-hood sporty appearance. Well sold, but even better bought.
