Market commentary
Its hard to be enthusiastic about this formal PII, and the Bonhams bidders appropriately werent. It needs so much, and offers so little with its formal body when its done. The hammer price was appropriate but with Bonhams nearly 15% buyers premium the check the buyer wrote borders on excessive.
