Vehicle details

Notes and observations recorded by Hagerty staff.

Equipment

Tired, dull paint, weak chrome, rusty in corners. Turn sigls, juice brakes, 331 Chrysler Hemi, 3 speed, cycle fenders, Edmunds intake with dual quads, altertor, chrome wheels, wide whitewalls, pushbutton radio, full instruments in 49 Mercury panel. Built by Rudy Rudisil and his father in York, Pennsylvania for Laverne Stetzer. Known history from new, with only drivetrain and engine work since it was done fifty years ago. That means origil paint and interior, and it looks like it.

Market commentary

This is a very appealing period built street rod that deserves to be driven, enjoyed and preserved with pride. At this price the new owner also can be proud of getting a great value, too.
