Vehicle details

Notes and observations recorded by Hagerty staff.

Equipment

Chrome wire wheels, dual remote spotlights, Pilot Rays, folding windshield and rear windshield, luggage trunk and rack. Originally a Rollston formal Cabriolet, later a Brunn convertible victoria. Rebodied in the style of La Grande. Chassis, engine, firewall, bell housing as originally built by Duesenberg. 1980 AACA Senior winner. An excellent old restoration, clean, sharp and strong except for alligatoring paint on both rear fenders, some dust and a little stretch of the seat cushions covering. A spectacular and beautiful Duesenberg.

Market commentary

This is also a spectacular price probably a world record for a rebodied Duesenberg J.
