Condition

Competently restored with good paint and reasonable attention to details. One of 17 believed to survive, with plenty of charm and only a little age evident. Bad gas leak from carburetor.

Market commentary

Two of these are currently on the market. The other was sold at Goodings Scottsdale auction in January for $37,400 and now is being offered by a St. Louis dealer. It is in more charming but not as good condition and still goes by its Ford VIN. At this somewhat lower price this Mail Truck represents full value for money.
