Opening windshield, wide whitewalls, etched wind wings, single Pilot Ray, turn signals, electric fuel pump, rear mounted spare, luggage trunk, disc wheels. Restored at McPherson College. Some orange peel, blisters on hood and cowl. Good interior and chrome. Engine shows use. Chassis not impressive. Im not sure the restorer of this Packard got a passing grade.
