Equipment
RHD. Chrome wire wheels, wide whitewalls, dual cloth covered sidemounts, luggage trunk, radiator stone guard. Gold coachlines done by someone who shouldnt have been allowed to learn how to stripe on a car of this caliber. Chipped edges, good older interior, doors dont fit flush. A decent driver but its appearance is not up to the standards of the automobile or its coachwork.
Market commentary
A quality automobile that deserves to find a good home after being offered many times. A no sale at Barrett Jackson in 1992 at $295,000, then reported sold at RM in Arizona in 2007 for $330,000, then at Meadow Brook in 2008 for $467,500 but no saled at Amelia earlier this year at $240,000. Its time to go away and this bid, inexplicably GPB 15,000 more than the low estimate, is representative of its value. It should have gone away.
