Vehicle details

Notes and observations recorded by Hagerty staff.

Equipment

Chrome wire wheels, chrome wrapped sidemounts, dual windscreens, luggage trunk, Trippes. Wrong (but very cool) wood rimmed steering wheel, some buttons missing. Early 60s restoration, a time when driving was more important than details, shows use.

Market commentary

This car is in far from perfect condition, but is undeniably handsome, eminently driveable and very presentable. An $18,000 car when new, its sale price is justified by rarity and style and reflects the current market strength of really great cars.
