Market commentary

Reported sold at Kruse Auburn Fall for $660,000 hammer ($712,800 with commission), the buyer has more flexibility than most in dealing with auction commissions, which helps explain how this car could be flipped a month later for less money. With two elegant bodies, one qualifying for A C D certification and the other more stylish and enjoyable for tours and shows, this is a solidly valuable Duesenberg with a high quality restoration that was bought appropriately here in Hershey.
