Market commentary

Purchased by John OQuinn at Bonhams Quail Lodge auction in 2007 for $227,000 and offered by RM at Monaco in 2010 where it fell flat on its face with a reported bid of only $93,115 (GBP 60,800 at the time.) It did better here, bringing a deserved price for the quality and rarity of the car.
